Most of us try to make some attempt to budget our finances at least at a basic level so that we can get through the month without having to resort to such things as the payday cash advance loan. The problem is that sometimes an unexpected expense crops up at the most inopportune moment and we might not have the resources to deal with it. The solution to this problem is to have a separate bank account where you keep money in reserve for the times you need it most, but many of us are living on such a tight budget that its not possible to put anything away for a rainy day.
